CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONAL (CHRP)

Certified Human Resource Profession is the professional course requirement for individuals looking to embark within or are already practicing HR professionals. The course is divided into three (3) segments and each segment has two modules.

Entry Requirements

CHRP PARTDURATIONENTRY REQUIREMENTS
CHRP Part 1
(Level 1 & 2)
1 Year- KCSE C+ with C in English and Mathematics
- Other qualifications approved by the HRMPEB
CHRP Part II
(Level 3 &4)
1 Year- CHRP I
- Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized instituition
- Degree In Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Other equivalent qualifications approved by the HRMPEB
CHRP Part III
(Level 5 & 6)
1 Year- CHRP II
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from KNEC
- Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university
